  • An agreement must be signed and payment must be received before any services can be provided.  You will receive an agreement via email that is to be electronically signed. 
  • Once you have signed your agreement you will receive an invoice from PayPal via email, unless other arrangements have been made.  (You do not have to have a PayPal account to pay)
